Looking to bounce back from a 1-0 defeat at Greece on Friday, Sporting Kansas city forward Krisztian Nemeth and the Hungary Men's National Team will resume their UEFA Nations League campaign Monday with a visit to Estonia. Kickoff at A. Le Coq Arena the Estonian capital of Tallinn is set for 1:45 p.m. CT, streaming live on ESPN+.

Nemeth made his 35th career appearance for the Magyars against Greece, entering in the 75th minute with his side trailing 1-0. His UEFA Nations League debut saw Hungary drop to third place in Group 2, three points behind Greece and six behind leaders Finland. This makes Monday's matchup all the more pivotal for a Hunga ry side led by head coach Marco Rossi.

All four teams in Group 2 will have played six matches by the end of November, and the first-place finisher will earn promotion to UEFA Nations League B in 2020-21. The last-place team will be relegated to League D, while the third-place side also faces possible relegation to League D.

2018-19 UEFA NATIONS LEAGUE C: GROUP 2

# TEAM PTS W L T GF GA GD
1 Finland 9 3 0 0 3 0 +3
2 Greece 6 2 1 0 3 2 +1
3 Hungary 3 1 2 0 2 3 -1
4 Estonia 0 0 3 0 0 3 -3

Estonia, guided by head coach Martin Reim and captained by former Liverpool center back Ragnar Klavan, sit at the bottom of Group 2 with three consecutive 1-0 defeats. Their most recent setback came at the hands of Finland in heartbreaking fashion, as Teemu Pukki's 91st-minute strike on Friday silenced the crowd at A. Le Coq Arena and all but ended Estonia's hopes of finishing atop the group.

With Hungary taking the field on Monday in Estonia, it is unlikely that Nemeth will be available for Sporting KC’s road match at Vancouver Whitecaps FC on Wednesday. That contest will kick off at 9 p.m. CT on FOX Sports Kansas City, FOX Sports Midwest and FOX Sports GO.

Since beginning his second stint at Sporting KC in early August, Nemeth has started four of eight MLS appearances with a goal and an assist, helping the side to a 5-2-1 record during that time. He previously spent the 2015 campaign with Sporting KC, notching 16 goals and seven assists as Manager Peter Vermes’ men lifted the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup title and advanced to the MLS Cup Playoffs.
