Hungary Retail Sales Growth Slows Again
(RTTNews) - Hungary's retail sales growth eased in September after improving in the previous month, preliminary figures from the Hungarian Central Statistical Office showed on Wednesday.
Retail sales grew a calendar adjusted 5.4 percent year-on-year following a 6.8 percent increase in August.
Sales rose 3.1 percent in foods stores, 7.6 percent in non- food shops and 5.6 percent in motor fuel retail shops.
On an unadjusted basis, retail sales rose 4.4 percent year-on-year in September after a 6.3 percent gain in the previous month.
